About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from the SHRworks online store together with the product information, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Cancellations & Changes, and Product Care & Support policies. For an order question, email SHRworksH@gmail.com.
Mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to your purchase are not excluded or limited by these terms. If a policy conflicts with a mandatory right, that right takes priority.
Products, prices and what is included
Read the selected colour, version, compatibility and included-items information before paying. Images can show surrounding props or components that are not included. Product descriptions and the selected purchase option identify what you are buying.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store, normally US dollars. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion charges. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout. Import duties and other charges follow the delivery arrangement identified for your destination and order.
We aim to keep information accurate. If a material pricing, availability or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and agree the next step. We will not substitute a materially different item or add an unagreed charge without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order and it is cancelled, amounts due back will be refunded.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate checkout details and check your order before payment. An automated order acknowledgement records receipt of the order; payment status and order progress are shown separately. A payment that fails or remains pending does not mean the order is ready for dispatch.
PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Your payment authorisation does not authorise us to make unrelated charges. If an order cannot proceed, we will explain the problem and the refund or cancellation options that apply.
Dispatch, delivery and returns
The model dispatch estimate is normally 10–20 days after order placement, unless different information is given for your order. Delivery transit time is additional. See Shipping & Delivery for charges, destinations, customs and tracking.
Contact us promptly for cancellations, address changes, wrong purchases or a quality issue. The relevant policies explain the voluntary terms and the statutory rights that take priority. A late report does not automatically remove a mandatory remedy for a defect.
Using the products
The Light Bee 1:6 model is a display collectible for ages 14 and over, with small and delicate parts. Handle it according to Product Care & Support. Motorcycle parts must be selected for the correct application and fitted safely by a suitably skilled person. Do not continue using a damaged or incorrectly installed part.
Responsibility for misuse or modification depends on what caused the problem and the applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your rights for a product that is defective, unsafe or not as described.
Accounts and reviews
You can buy as a guest where guest checkout is offered. An optional customer account lets you view linked orders and manage account details. Protect your password and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Product reviews must reflect a genuine purchase and experience, comply with the review form’s eligibility requirements and avoid personal information, abuse or unrelated promotional content. Moderation may address spam or rule violations; a review should not be removed merely because it is critical.
Questions and resolving a problem
Please contact SHRworksH@gmail.com with the order number and a short description of the issue so we can help. Contacting us does not waive any right you have to a payment dispute, consumer authority, court or other legally available remedy.
Changes to these terms apply prospectively. The terms and mandatory rights applicable when you made a purchase continue to govern that purchase, except where a lawful change is agreed with you.
